'Returning to the Foundation' workshop is designed to deepen the relationship to ourself, Soul, Spirit and to the world surrounding us. We will be learning techniques to access moment-to-moment awareness, presence within our own internal bodily experience, being the observer, transference and counter transference. You do not need to be a psychic medium to attend this workshop, although this will be a great foundation for anyone working in the intuitive field.

We will be exploring the following topics:

• Embodying your Essence
